This notice explains what www.mobix-360.com collects from visitors, what it is used for, how long it is kept, and what rights you have under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019).

What this notice covers

This notice applies only to visits to www.mobix-360.com. It does not cover use of the MOBIX 360 application after signing in, which is governed by a separate contract and privacy notice between the customer organisation and the company.

What we collect from this website

There are no forms on this website. The demo and account buttons take you to external systems that carry their own notices, so we do not collect your name, email, phone number or any directly identifying information from these pages.

Where you give consent, we collect anonymous usage data through Google Analytics 4:

• Pages opened, when they were visited, and the order they were opened in
• How the visit arrived — from search, from a link on another site, or from a defined campaign
• Device type, operating system, browser and approximate screen size
• Approximate location at country and province level, estimated from the IP address
• A random identifier used to distinguish browsers, not linked to your identity

IP anonymisation is enabled, and Google Analytics 4 does not retain IP addresses in its reports. The IP address is used only to estimate approximate location and is then discarded.

Cookies and storage on your device

Before you give consent, this website places no cookies on your device at all.

On the advertising consent: granting it loads the Meta pixel from connect.facebook.net and places the _fbp cookie on your device — and _fbc as well if you arrived from a Facebook ad — so that we can tell which ad brought an enquiry and avoid showing ads to people who have already contacted us. It also permits ad measurement signals to Google. Decline and nothing is requested from Meta at all.

Parameters that arrive with an ad

When you click one of our ads, the ad network appends a click identifier — gclid from Google or fbclid from Facebook, for example — and campaign parameters beginning utm_ to the link that brings you here. If you then press the demo or the account button, we pass those values along on the link that takes you to app.mobix-360.com, so that we can tell which ad brought an enquiry.

These values exist only in the link. This website does not write them to a cookie or to storage on your device, does not disclose them to anyone, and does not connect them to your identity on these pages. If you did not arrive from an ad, the link carries none of them. What happens to those values once you reach app.mobix-360.com is governed by that system’s own privacy notice, a separate document from this one.

Purpose and lawful basis

• Analytics cookies, to learn which pages people reach and where they came from, so we can improve the content and structure of the site. Lawful basis: consent, under section 19.
• Advertising cookies, to measure which of our ads brought someone to us, and to stop showing those ads to people who have already contacted us. Lawful basis: consent, under section 19 — asked separately from analytics because it is a different purpose. You may agree to either, both or neither.
• Recording your consent choice, so we do not have to ask again and so we hold evidence that your decision was respected. Lawful basis: compliance with a legal obligation.
• Passing an ad click identifier along on the outbound link, to learn which ad brought an enquiry. Lawful basis: legitimate interest, under section 24(5) — the value is already in the link you followed and nothing is stored on your device.

Retention periods

• Event-level data in Google Analytics is kept for 2 months
• User-level data in Google Analytics is kept for 14 months from the last activity
• The Meta advertising cookies, _fbp and _fbc, last 90 days on your device.
• Your consent choice is stored on your own device. We do not hold it on a server.

Disclosure and transfers abroad

We do not sell your data, and we do not disclose it to third parties for their own marketing. The processors acting on our behalf are:

• Google LLC and its affiliates provide Google Analytics 4 — and, once we begin advertising, Google Ads — processing on servers outside Thailand under Google’s standard contractual clauses for data protection.
• Meta Platforms, Inc. provides the Meta pixel, which runs only where you have granted advertising consent, to measure Facebook and Instagram ad results, processing on servers outside Thailand under Meta’s standard contractual clauses for data protection.
• Cloudflare, Inc. provides content delivery and attack protection, and therefore processes your IP address to the extent needed to serve the page and maintain security.

Your rights under the law

As a data subject, you have the following rights:

• The right to access your personal data and obtain a copy of it
• The right to have inaccurate or out-of-date data corrected
• The right to have data erased or destroyed when it is no longer needed, or when you withdraw consent
• The right to request that use of the data be temporarily suspended
• The right to object to the collection, use or disclosure of the data
• The right to have the data transferred to another data controller
• The right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out beforehand
• The right to lodge a complaint with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee Office if you believe we are not complying with the law

To exercise a right, contact us through the channel at the end of this notice. We will act within the period the law allows.

Withdrawing or changing consent

You can change your mind at any time. Withdrawing consent is exactly as easy as giving it, and does not affect any other part of the site.
